In accordance with the mission of Heartland Christian School, HCS desires to partner with and be a resource for parents who have chosen to homeschool their children. Students' participation in the homeschool program also enables them the opportunity to participate in many extracurricular activities such as art, music, PE, and field trips.

Although Heritage Christian School does not have its own athletic program, our students are encouraged to participate in Hearts Toward Home athletic program. This is a local homeschool co-op with is a part of the ICSO Athletic Conference. Volleyball and Basketball are available for grades 5-12 for boys and girls. This program has its own requirements and fees that are separate from Heritage Christian School.
